URBAN NOMADS's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how URBAN NOMADS's visitors use its website. 6. URBAN NOMADS uses Google AdWords for remarketing

URBAN NOMADS uses the remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past visits. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.

7. Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information

URBAN NOMADS discloses potentially personally identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on URBAN NOMADS's behalf or to provide services available at URBAN NOMADS's website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using URBAN NOMADS's website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. URBAN NOMADS will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. URBAN NOMADS do not disclose personally identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

12. Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, URBAN NOMADS may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in URBAN NOMADS's sole discretion. URBAN NOMADS encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

13. COVID Policy

  • At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present either a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a double-vaccination certificate.

  • Well-equipped first aid and Covid-19 observation kits are available at this hostel in case of a medical emergency.

  • This hostel follows universal hygiene guidelines and a strict sanitization protocol. Moreover, travelers and staff regularly undergo temperature checks to curtail any health lapses.

  • While most staff members stay at the hostel itself, outsider staff undergo a strict thermal check and periodic testing regime.

  • This hostel is equipped with a sanitization counter where travelers can disinfect any outside materials such as parcels, bags, etc.

  • For long-stay residents, a meal package is available.

14. Property Policy

Guests are required to pay an entire booking amount at the time of booking itself.

  • We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Urban Nomads Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

  • Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.

  • Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM

  • We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.

  • We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

  • Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.

  • The guests must take care of their belongings; Urban Nomads bear no responsibility.

  • Right to admission reserved.

15. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Hence, to make it light on your pocket, we are only charging a 50% advance, which is on a non-refundable basis.

NOTE:

  • 20% advance payment is always non-refundable, as stated above.

  • If you have paid any amount over this 20%, it stands applicable for a credit only if the cancellation is informed 7 days or more in advance. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.

  • If informed within 7 days of the standard check-in time (12 pm), the amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.

  • In case of Payment Failure, the refund will get initiated immediately from our end. Within 7-9 working days, the amount will be credited to the bank account of the customer.
